The Audley Spirit Awards take place around this time each year, to recognise the dedication, hard work, and care and consideration team members show to owners, guests and to each other. Each award recognises particular qualities in a team member who has gone above and beyond in everything they do.
This year the event took place on 5th November in the West Midlands, with around 100 finalists and winners from Audley and Mayfield villages, and the central support team.
Hosted by Ross Mounsey, Robert Diaper and Susan McClean, the event was as bold and energetic as we've come to expect from the organisers (a collaboration of the senior operations team and HR). Kevin Airs from Audley Clevedon once again impressed as compère!
Amid a whole lot of sparkle, team members celebrated with delicious food and drink and plenty of dancing.
An outrageously fun event, recognising the amazing individuals and teams who have made such a difference this year. The culmination of hard work and an incredible year.
